I'm a bit tech-challenged, but I will try to explain this best I can...
Just got a Vaio laptop (used to have a Dell desktop) and my iPod mini won't read in iTunes. I downloaded iPod Updater but it keeps freezing whenever I try to use it. I did the reset thing. I have no idea what else to do.
