How do i get the "my top rated" playlist back?

W/o making my own new bootleg one, how do i get the factory my top rated playlist back so that every time i rate a song 5 stars , it goes into there?

In iTunes, go to File>New Smart Playlist...and there you can choose if you want a playlist with a certain artist, rating, whatever. Just make sure there is music in your iTunes Library.
