Ipod Mini Clickwheel

I bought an ipod mini with a broken clickwheel wire, than i bought a new clickwheel. When i installed it the gay select button wont work, i dont know why but i can still reset the mini with the select and menu buttons. I restored the mini but still no, can someon please help me its gay, i waited so long for parts and now it wont work, well at leasdt i can still listen to music just i cant get any features from it becasue the select wont work.

well, I have the same damn problem, so all you smartasses here tell us how to fix this if your so damn smart, cause I didnt sink $300 total in this piece of **** mini to have it not work on me, cept I cant even play music

isnt this like your 5th post about your clickwheel, if no one could give you advice before most likely thats not going to change.
