Error with XPlay

(i'm from brazil, so sorry my bad grammar)

I always use my iPod with XPlay, but today i try to copy some musics from my PC to the iPod, and when i double-click the "XPlay music" folder, nothing happens!

i try to delete the "X:/iPod_Control/Device/Sysinfo" file, and then restart my iPod, and then select the "rebuild music database" in XPlay, but when i rebuild, i got this error:

(i dont know if it matters, but i dropped my ipod in the ground yesterday)

anyways,if nothing happens,try to restore your ipod from ipod updater.then try to copy songs again.

Yeah thats what Xplay is....if you were to read the problem more closely, instead of just skimming through, these stupid questions wouldn't come up
