Restarts when in disk mode

I finally figured out how to get my mini in disk mode. The only problem is just before it mounts the ipod restarts.:confused:

Could someone please help:(

connect your ipod to your computer (make sure its charged), hold the center and menu buttons until you see the apple logo, then hold center and play. that should work

That's how you put it in disk mode. I can put it in disk mode but when I connect it to the computer the iPod restarts

Never mind I got it working again!:D
Turns out I had the hard drive in backwards:o
